Neuilly-sur-Seine, 15 December 2011 - The Board of Directors of Thales, meeting on 15 December under the chairmanship; Luc Vigneron, decided to distribute an interim cash dividend of € 0.25 per share for the current 2011 financial year.
This amount is equal to 50 % of the total divident paid out last June in relation to 2010.
The ex-dividend date will be 20 December and the payment on 23 December 2011.
